I did not know of Coy's passing until tonight after doing a search for him on the internet. I worked with him and Barry and Paul in Cartersville and also in Florida in the seventies. I am so sorry for the family's loss. Coy was a good friend and a good hearted man.

We love Doug and the family very much, I cant help but smile when I think of Coy because all I have is wonderful memories of him.
He was one of the kindest people around. Daddy always enjoyed his friendship and thought the world of him as well.

To all McCoy's family, I pass along a word of support and love. McCoy and I were neighbors as well as contemporary students at BHS. I am proud to have called him my friend. His strong smile-as seen in his memorial photo-is unforgettable. I know you will treasure his memory.
