Dear Carol,
My sister Sue just sent me the news about cousin Bill.
No matter what the circumstances, it is never an easy time, even as the months pass. I have such fond memories of visiting "Billy" and John at Aunt Marguerite and Uncle Harry's home in Delaware. We all shared many Uncle Roy stories over the years.
Please know I am thinking about you and your family.

I worked with Bill at Haralson County High and the Cattlemen's Association. I liked him and the good work he did. He will be missed. May the Lord comfort your hearts

Bill Rapp was a good man and really did a great job for Haralson County High School when I was there. I will always have great respect for his hard work and his sense of humor.. I really enjoyed our time together.
