I knew Margaret from her days in West Covina, CA.. We went to Cameron School & W. Covina HS together. She & her Mom helped me to survive high school. It was a blessing to have known her. She was special in so many ways.

I met Margaret after she retired from, the Marines. I helped her put a resume together and assisted her in the transition from life as a captain to life in the library. She was a fun person and a quick study..

I'm proud tp have known her and proud to have called her a friend..

I was so sorry to hear of Margaret's passing. She was a good and true friend. She and I shared a love of words and wordplay, and I will forever remember her twinkling, bright blue eyes.

Maggie;
May the road rise up to meet you
May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face
May the rain fall soft upon your fields and
Until we meet again
May God hold you in the palm of his hands
