Sybil Jeanette Tims Prichard, age 72 of Waco, entered into her heavenly home on Monday, July 13, 2020. She was born on February 21, 1948 in Cleburne County, AL to the late Asa Tims and the late Zula Tims. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by two sisters, Viola Ledbetter and Beatrice Smith; three brothers, Leon Tims, Asa Junior Tims and Virgil Tims.
Sybil was a seamstress by trade and loved her family dearly.
Survivors include her husband Travis Earl Prichard; two sons and daughter-in-law, Darryl Edwin and Joelle Prichard of Tallapoosa and Robin Earl Prichard of Bremen; one sister and brother-in-law, Linda Mae and Johnny Hulsey of Waco; six grandchildren, Matthew Darryl Prichard, Joshua William Prichard, Chase Cameron Prichard, Christian Travis Prichard, Jeremy O’neal Prichard and Gabrielle Prichard Couey; six great grandchildren, Ellie Prichard, Elaine Rooks, Joshua William Prichard, Jr., Kennedy Couey, Parker Prichard, Paisley Prichard and several other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2020 from Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel at 2:00 PM with Brother Jerry Mc Prichard and Brother Jeff Byrd officiating and music will be rendered by Debbie Sanders. Sybil will lie in state from 12:30 until the service hour. Interment will follow in Faith Baptist Church Cemetery in Temple, GA with the following serving as pallbearers: Matthew Prichard, Joshua Prichard, Christian Prichard, Chase Prichard, Jeremy Prichard and Danny Hulsey.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
