Mrs. Sherry Ann Clack Semmendinger, age 61 of Bremen, passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at a local hospital. She was born in Columbus, GA, on May 28, 1959, to J.C. Clack and the late Helen Tice Clack. Sherry retired from the banking industry as an administrative assistant. She enjoyed helping others and organizing family outings. She was noted as the family historian, always taking pictures and documenting important events. Sherry dearly loved her family and friends and was a true Southern lady. She was a Jehovah's Witness attending the Kingdom Hall in Bremen.
Sherry leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, William Semmendinger of Bremen; daughter and sons-in-law, Marcia and Jason Entrekin of Bremen; Suzanne Worrell of Virginia Beach, VA; Katie and Ben Verhalen of Virginia Beach, VA; and Kyla Semmendinger and Austin Raney of Ithaca, NY; one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Amber Semmendinger of Virginia Beach, VA; father, J.C. Clack of Bremen; sister, Vicky Milner of Jackson, GA; and sister-in-law, Donna Eggleston of Flowery Branch. She is also survived by her beautiful grandchildren, Kelleigh, Ashleigh, Quintin, Tyler, Matthew, Keara, Ayla, Zane, Jett, and Phoenix; and great-grandchildren, Lailynn and Addison.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel from 1:30 to 2:30 P.M.
