Michael Terry Thomasson

Michael Terry Thomasson of Buchanan, GA, most fondly known as "T.C.",  a loving father and son, passed away one day after his 70th birthday.  Michael was born in Bremen, GA, on June 1, 1952, to parents J.W. and MattieSue McBrayer Thomasson. He was a 1970 graduate of Haralson County High School and was self-employed as a brick mason.  Being an avid outdoorsman, he loved to farm, hunt, and trap.  He is preceded in death by his father, J.W. Thomasson.

Survivors include his mother, MattieSue Thomasson Ragan of Buchanan; his four children: Teri (Jim) Dukes, Katie Thomasson, Sally Thomasson, and Jacob (Courtney) Thomasson; his sister, June (Steve) Sanders; his brother, Johnny (Melissa)Thomasson; and his seven grandchildren: Zachary Roberts, Jesse (Lauren) Roberts, Lacie Dukes, JohnThomas Dukes, Baylee Houck, Skye Thomasson, and Karsyn Staud. Also surviving is one great grandchild, Gaines Roberts, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial services for Michael "T.C" Thomasson will held at 3:00 PM, Friday, June 10, 2022, from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Thomas Ward officiating and eulogy provided by the family. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until the service hour.at the funeral home.
