Michael Alvin Edgeworth

Mr. Michael Alvin Edgeworth, age 55, of Tallapoosa, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 22, 2020, at his residence.  He was born in Centre, AL, on April 9, 1965, the son of Jerry Edgeworth and the late Geraldine Ayers.  "Big Mike" worked for Hulsey Grave Service for years and could handle any job given him.  He also was a devoted Alabama "Roll Tide" fan.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Melinda Collins Edgeworth, Tallapoosa; daughter, Hayley Morgan, Tallapoosa; sons, Brantley Edgeworth, Josh (Callye) Hulsey, Cameron Morgan, Brandon (Brittany) Morgan all of Tallapoosa; and Justin (Cheyenne) Morgan, Temple.  Also surviving are his sisters, Jody (Billy) Puckett, Tallapoosa, and Dianne Banks, Rome;  brother Norman (Jennifer) Edgeworth, Cave Springs; eight grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Services for Mr. Edgeworth will be conducted Tuesday, November 24th, at 2:00 pm from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Alan Kiker officiating.  Interment will follow in the Little Creek Cemetery in Tallapoosa. Serving as pallbearers will be Barry Bell, Billy Williams, Justin Puckett, Jermey Puckett, Justin Morgan, and Brandon Morgan.  Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Hulsey and Little Cody Hulsey.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the funeral hour.
