Margaret "Maggie" Anne (Dunagin) Fitch

Margaret "Maggie" Anne Dunagin Fitch, age 71 of Wedowee, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022, in a local hospital.  Born on Mitchell Air Force Base in Hempstead, NY, on September 23, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Barto Lewis Dunagin and the late Magaret B. Reilly Dunagin.   Maggie obtained her Associates Degree in Applied Science and was employed until her retirement as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Maggie's survivors include her husband, Michael R. Fitch; her daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn and Ryan Brownfield and Christi and Brandon Cosman; and her precious grandchildren, Jessie Hodge, Mikey Cosman, and Joey Cosman.  Also surviving are her siblings: John (Paula) Dunagin, James (Valerie) Dunagin, Catherine "Kitty" (James) Dugay, Frances "Franny" (Richard) Desrosiers, Mary (Carol Sheehan) Dunagin, Theresa (the late Scott)  Bailey, Loretta (Jamie Nelson) Dunagin, and Jacqueline "Jackie" (Charles Heatherly) Vincent; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Also left to cherish her memories are her many friends from Germany and Ecuador as well as those across the states from their extensive travels, including their special friends Connie McNeese and Vincent Simone..

In accordance with her wishes, Maggie will be cremated.
