Lee "Bud" Roy Perry

Lee "Bud" Roy Perry, age 83 of Bremen, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023. He was born on September 2, 1940, to the late Edward Leroy Perry and the late Susie Adams Perry. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one daughter, Annette Guise; one son, Craig Perry; four sisters, Frances Brumbelow, Becky Brandelew, Molly Lively and Virginia Zook and two grandchildren, David Jones and Jesse Jones.

Bud proudly served in the United States Navy and was retired from the United State Post Office.  He had always been an avid outdoorsman, and as a young man, he raised horses, chickens, and English Bulldogs.  In his later years, his outdoor activities included water skiing, fishing and mowing his lawn.  He also enjoyed bowling and could consistently bowl a perfect score.  Bud was a very generous man who loved doing things for his family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Gloria Davis Perry; daughters, Kelly Jones and Sheila Jones; sister, Mary Cox; grandchildren, Ashley Danielle Webb, Bryan Guise, Lee Graham, Eddie Graham and Cheyenne Parks; great-grandchildren, Lillyann Morris and Jagger Webb and several other relatives and friends. 

The family will host a celebration of  Bud Perry's life on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 3:00 PM at Country Gardens and Gifts in Buchanan.

Cremation services are entrusted to Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan.
