John Henry Lively

John Henry Lively, age 65 of Tallapoosa, passed away Friday, November 11, 2022.  He was one of nine children born to the late George Harry Lively and the late Maudie Elmore Lively of Baxley, GA.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by wife, Glenice Webb Lively, a daughter, Melissa Lively, and three siblings. For over 20 years, John worked as a sign crafter with Triple A Signs in Marietta.  An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, working on any small engine especially lawn mowers, and talking to his birds.  John also loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include daughter, Shannon Lively; step-daughter, Cindy McLendon and fiance` Charles Graham of Tallapoosa; step-son, Raymond and Joan Webb of Villa Rica; sisters: Christine Lemon of Perry, GA, Earline Greeson of Silsbee, TX, Molly Jane Lively of Perry, GA; and Janie Sue Daniel of Cumming, GA; ten grandchildren and other family members.

In accordance with his wishes, Mr. Lively will be cremated.  The family will host a celebration of his life at a later date.
