Jimmie "Panny" Frances (Weaver) Ayers

Mrs. Jimmie Francis Ayers, age 92 of Buchanan, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, November 24, 2022.  Born in Felton,GA, on April 25, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Ephriam Weaver and the late Amanda Kirk Weaver.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Ayers, and a son, James Ayers, Jr.  Panny was a housewife who loved taking care of her family.

She loved to travel and was able to travel extensively.  She also had a great love of antiques and spent much time collecting fine porcelain.

Survivors include her three daughters: Holly Riffe of Buchanan, Janice (Sid) Fincher of Acworth, and Delores Bradley of Buchanan; her two sons: Joel Ayers and David (Pat) Ayers, all of Buchanan; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews also survive.

The Ayers family would like to express their extreme gratitude to Miss Destini Vaughn and all of the Tanner Hospice team.

The family also requests no flowers.  Those desiring may make memorial contributions to The Children's Miracle Network or a charity of your choice.

In accordance with her wishes, Jimmie Frances Ayers will be cremated.
