Jeanette Elaine (Parks) Campbell

Jeanette Elaine Parks Campbell, age 72 of Buchanan, passed away Saturday, January 7, 2023. She was born on February 20, 1950, in Smyrna, GA, to the late Andrew Thomas Parks and the late Marguerite Rose Harris Parks.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother-in-law, David Gentry.  Jeanette was a homemaker who loved taking care of her family. In her younger years, she and her husband, Barry, enjoyed dancing.  In her latter years, Jeanette could be found reading her Bible or watching church services on the television.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Barry Campbell of Buchanan; two sons, Troy (Vivian) Campbell of Decatur, AL, and Chad (Yana) Campbell of Buchanan; her five precious grandchildren, Amaya Campbell, Andria Campbell, Miguela Rollf-Simmons, Michelangelo Rollf, and Joshua Rollf. and six great-grandchildren.  Also surviving are her brother, Tracy (Dolly) Parks; and three sisters, Andrea (Stan) Carter, Beth Nations, and Sherry Gentry.

The family of Jeanette Campbell will receive friends at Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel in Buchanan on Sunday, January 15, 2023, from noon until 2:00 PM

Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 10:30 AM at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton with interment to follow.

The family requests that those desiring to send floral contributions select plant baskets and have them delivered to the funeral home for visitation on Sunday.
