James Dean Obituary

Mr. James Aaron Dean, age 78 of Bremen, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2019. He was born on July 11, 1940 in Alabama to the late Lowell Burt Dean and the late Iva I. Sanford Dean. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Arlin Dean and one grandchild, Noah Wigington.

Survivors include his wife, Elaine Hunt Dean of Bremen; one daughter, Tanya Wigington of Fruithurst; one sister, Betty Jackson of Buchanan; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry Judy) Dean of Birmingham, Larry Dean of Bremen and Bobby (Lynn) Dean of Bremen; two grandchildren, Brendan Wigington and Emily Williams; three great grandchildren, Jaxon Williams, Carson Wigington, Austin Williams and several nieces and nephews.

The family will have a memorial service on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Fruithurst Baptist Church from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM (Alabama Time).

Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan has charge of the cremation arrangements.
