Ethel King Obituary
Mrs. Ethel Lucille Simpson King, age 86, of Bremen passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. She was born on July 5, 1932, to the late Amos Simpson and Oveline Williams Simpson. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert F. King, Sr., son, Robert F. (Bobby) King, Jr. and four brothers, Floyd (Bill) Simpson, Paul (Bunk) Simpson, Everett Simpson and Doyle Simpson.
Survivors include her granddaughter, Jennifer King of Bremen; one sister, Alene Perry of Douglasville; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 1:00 PM from Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel with Rick Pollard and Patty Hutcheson officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at 1:00 PM.
Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park with the following serving as pallbearers: Buddy Cornwell, Matthew Cornwell, Gary Smith, Terry Carden, David Kimball and Rick Pollard.
