Ernest Carrol Broughton

Mr. Ernest Carrol Broughton, age 83, of Bremen passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018. He was born in Arkansas on Sunday, September 30, 1934. Mr. Broughton was the son of the late Ernest Elmond Broughton and Edna Kirckpatrick Broughton. Besides his parents, Mr. Broughton is preceded in death by his wife of thirty-two years Reba White Broughton; one brother, Barry Broughton; one sister Lawanna Broughton and one grandchild Rory Huey.

Survivors include; three sons and daughters-in-law Mark and Cindy Broughton of Bremen, Mark and Linda Shedd of Bremen and Scott Broughton of Bremen; one daughter and son-in-law Carol and Randy Broughton Ray of Bosier, LA; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronnie and Glinda Broughton of Minden, LA and Randy and Sherry Broughton of Homer, LA; ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and three great grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 2P.M. from the Waco Church of Christ with Reverend Jeff Clark officiating. Interment will follow in Forrest Lawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at Waco Church of Christ Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 12PM until 2PM.
