David Lawson Obituary

Mr. David Lee Lawson, age 62 of Stone Mountain, formerly of Buchanan, passed away, Tuesday, March 30, 2021, in a health care facility. He was born in Atlanta on December 18, 1958, to the late Ethelene Mullinax Lawson and Hoyt H. Lawson. In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by a brother, Steve H. Lawson.

David loved fishing and he was the primary caregiver for his mother during her last years..

He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Trisha and Garey Thomasson of Buchanan; a sister-in-law, Wilma Lawson of Toccoa; and nieces.

In accordance with his wishes, David will be cremated.
