Cindy Mary Clayton

Ms. Cindy Mary Clayton, age 55, of Carrollton passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019. She was born on Monday, February 3, 1964 in Bowdon.  Ms. Clayton is preceded in death by her daughter, Jorden Clayton and he father, Hollis Clayton.

Ms. Clayton made career as a Hair Dresser having worked for Great Clips for many years.  She enjoyed listening to Rock Music, going on motorcycle rides, being outdoors and spending time with her friends and family.

Survivors include her companion, Jim Parnell of Carrollton; her mother and step-father, Virgina (Powell) Ward and Carl Ward of Waco; her brother, Terry Clayton of Waco; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Regina and Billy Cook of Centre, Alabama, Cathy VanCoillie of Centre, Alabama, Debbie Mulkey of Woodland, Alabama and Cathy and Charles Agan of Temple; Ms Clayton is also survived by her group of special friends and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

The family will hold a memorial service on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 2P.M. from Highland Baptist Church in Tallapoosa with Reverend David Morrow officiating. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 12 noon until 2P.M.
