Ms. Charlotte Millsap Blair, age 74 of Heflin, AL, passed away Monday, June 21, 2021, in a local healthcare facility. She was born in Atlanta, GA, on June 8, 1947, to the late Catherine Ferguson Millsap and Fred Millsap. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Danny Millsap and Lamar Millsap; and a sister-in-law, Cheryl Millsap. Charlotte enjoyed singing, dancing and playing her guitar, and she loved her family. She was a member of Verdon Chapel Baptist Church.
Ms. Blair is survived by two daughters, Tammie (Marty) Hulsey of Muscadine, AL; and Robin (Buff) Olsen of Villa Rica; two sons, Tim Blair of Muscadine, AL, and Gary Blair of Douglasville; a sister Kathy Weddington of Blue Ridge; a brother, David Millsap of Waco; and a sister-in-law, Dee Millsap. Also surviving are eleven grandchildren: James Hulsey, Jessica (Rodney) Culberson, Jennifer Hulsey, Holly (Chris) Ray, Beth Hansard, Kayla (Will Day) Hansard, Amber Olsen, Gary (Shea) Blair, Fred Blair, Josh (Ariel) Blair, and Ashley (Corey) Turner; great-grandchildren, Beau Blair, Cadon Blair, Cameron Blair, Carson Turner, Riley Kelly, Carter Blair, Koda Day, Penelope Day, Khai Day, and Payton Turner; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Ms. Charlotte Millsap Blair will be conducted Thursday, June 24, 2021, at 2:00 PM (EST) from Hutcheon's Memorial Chapel with Brother Marty Hulsey officiating. Interment will follow at 4:00 PM in Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from noon until the funeral hour.
