Mr. Charles "Mack" Langley, age 66, of Carrollton passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021. He was born in Carrollton on Monday, October 4, 1954. Mack was the son of the late Charles Olin "Shorty" Langley and the late, Kathleen (Yates) Langley.
Mack was an autobody repairman with West Georgia Auto Service LLC. He inherited his love of working on and restoring cars from his father, Shorty. Mack also loved spending time with his friends and family.
Survivors include his wife, Nelda (Akers) Langley of Carrollton; two sons and their spouses, Phillip Langley and Gabe Romero of Atlanta, and Randy and Brenda Langley of Tallapoosa; a step-son, Jody Chandler of Tallapoosa; and one sister and brother-in-law, Kay and Terry Dewberry of Bremen. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Alexis Langley, Ashton Langley, Anslie Langley, Aiden Langley, Justin Chandler, Elizabeth Chandler, Cameron Chandler, Hylia Chandler, Hunter Shirey; and one great-grandson, Zane Chambers, and a number of other relatives.
The sons will host a celebration of Mack's life on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Minister Phillip Wynne officiating and Phillip Langley delivering the eulogy. The sons will receive friends and family from 5:00 P.M. until the service hour.
