Charles Edward Cochran, Jr. age 81 of Cedartown, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. He was born on December 10, 1941 to the late Charles Edward Cochran and the late Della Mae Davis Cochran. Charles loved fishing and lived on Centre Lake as long as he was able.

He is survived by his daughters, Deann Cochran of Cedartown, Tawana Ingram of Cedartown and Tonya Clark of Cedartown; sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin and Yvonne Cochran of Cedartown, Joey and Sheri Cochran of Cedartown, Todd Cochran of Cedartown and Mark and Rachel Cochran of Cedartown; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

In keeping with the family's wishes he was cremated.

Cremation services are entrusted to Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan.
