Mr. Benny Parmer, age 74 of Carrollton, passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018. He was born on September 1, 1944 In Graham, Alabama to the late James Ervin Parmer and Rosie Knott Parmer.

In keeping with Mr. Parmer’s wishes he will be cremated.
