Mrs. Yonia Coursey Arp, age 77, of 2040 Corinth-Poseyville Rd., Bremen passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016.  Mrs. Arp was born in Leesburg, Alabama on May 9, 1939.  She was the daughter of the late Jo and Alice Coursey.  Mrs. Arp was a homemaker.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Arp; son, Gary Dale Arp; sister, Eva Price; brothers, Howard Lee, Self Lee and Lawrence Lee; daughter-in-law, Patricia Arp; and grandchild, Carrie Clark.

Survivors include sons and daughters, Gregory Allen and Pam Arp, Howard Clay and Michelle Arp, Sr., Jerry Lee Arp and James Edward Arp and Christine Morgan; sister, Jeanette Robertson; brother, Clarence Coursey; grandchildren, Jeremy Arp, Jennifer Arp (Mark Edwards), Clay and Anna Arp, Jr., Joseph and Lindsey Arp, Madison Arp, Dillion Tyree, Jenny DeClarko (Jason), Kaitlyn Blaylock, Casey Ivey, Jennifer Johnson, Brittany Blaylock and Cody Ivey; great grandchildren, Jayden Arp, Jasleyn Arp, Kason Edwards, Knox Edwards, Jenny Clark, Ally Arp, Clayton Arp, Anna-Claire Arp, Weston Arp, Myla Arp, Bella DeClarko and Ryleigh Hallmark; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Johnny Huey, Rev. Sam Braswell and Rev. John Lemmings officiating.  Interment will follow in Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Clay Arp, Jr., Joseph Arp, Clayton Arp, Jeremy Arp, Robert Arp, Billy Hudgins, Scott Jones and Rusty Rogers.  Serving as an honorary pallbearer will be: Eugene Arp.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
