Mr. William Carlos Wade, Jr., age 46, of 32 Verner Lane, Buchanan passed away Friday, December 5, 2008. Mr. Wade was born in Jefferson County, Alabama on December 15, 1961. He was the son of William Carlos Wade, Sr. of Bremen and the late Gladys Lyle Wade. Mr. Wade was a cabinet maker. Survivors include his partner, Danette King of Buchanan, one daughter, Angela Diane Wade of Buchanan, one son, William Carlos Wade, III of Buchanan; one step-daughter, Kristy King of Buchanan; five sisters, Jo Ann Holcombe of Bremen, Peggy Capes of Carrollton, Nancy Swann of Buchanan, Pat Wyatt of Temple and Zelda Hammock of Bremen; father and step-mother, William Carlos, Sr. and Sandra Wade of Bremen; two step-sisters, Donna Goodman of Buchanan and Belvia Sheard of Temple; two step-brothers, Eric Pollard of Buchanan and Danny Pollard of Buchanan; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, December 7, 2008 at 4:00 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Frank Reed and Rev. Bennie Westmoreland officiating. Interment will follow in the Baptist Tabernacle Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Gene Spears, David Hammock, Junior Lambert, Eric Pollard, Keith Green, Mack Gann and Dwayne Goodman. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
