Mr. William Harry Rapp, age 75, of Villa Rica passed away Sunday, November 26, 2017.  Mr. Rapp was born in Columbus, Ohio, on February 12, 1942.  He was the son of the late W. Harry Rapp and the late Marguerite Dehner Rapp.  Mr. Rapp earned an industrial engineering degree from Ohio State University in 1964 and went on to work as an engineer with General Electric, General Motors, and was Vice-President of Carey McFall.  He and his wife moved to Haralson County in 1995 and owned and operated a cattle farm near Buchanan, Georgia, for several years.  At the time of his death, Bill was a member of the Temple United Methodist Church where he was a very active member.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Norris Rapp of Villa Rica; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Theodore Rapp of Nashville, TN, and Tom and Suzanne Rapp of Temple; one brother and sister-in-law, John and Karen Rapp of Redmond, WA; one grandchild and his spouse, Logan and Katie Rapp; two great grandchildren, Gunner William Rapp and Penelope Rapp; and a number of other relatives.

Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date. Interment will follow in Delaware, Ohio.
