William Frankie Noles

William Frankie Noles, age 53 of Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 12, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.  Born in Newnan, Georgia, on November 30, 1972, he was the son of Mary Louise Smith and the late William Parker Noles.

Frankie was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and kayaking, even though he sometimes got lost on the river.  On the open road, Frankie spent many hours riding his motorcycle.  His other favorite pastimes were shooting guns and drinking beer.  For many years, Frankie worked as a carpenter in construction.  His adventuresome ways and love for his family will be dearly missed by them.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Daisy May (Matthew Lewis) Noles and Hippie Moon Whitlock; his son Dakota Whitlock; his mother, Louise Smith; and his sisters, Sheila Fitzjarrald and Susan (Brad Reed) Noles.  Also surviving are his nieces and nephews: Brandon Harris, Shelane (Joe) Harper, Gage Harper, Colleen Harper, and Hannah (Nicholas) Fitzjarrald; as well as extended family and friends.

The family will host a memorial service for Frankie at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Grace Baptist Church, 1156 Highway 16 West in Newnan with Pastor Mike Sprayberry and Rodney Roquemore officiating.

Cremation services have been entrusted to Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan.
