Mr. William Doyle Morgan, age 95, of 55 Morgan Rd., Buchanan passed away Sunday December, 2, 2007. Mr. Morgan was born in Haralson County on October 1, 1912. He was the son of the late William Emory Morgan and the late Jenny Eaves Morgan. Mr. Morgan was a retired farmer. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Irene Kinny Morgan; second wife, William Mae Parrish Morgan; son, William Doyle Morgan, Jr;. and brother, Paul Morgan. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Lautoria Morgan of Marietta; one sister, Louise Murphy of Cedartown; three grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. from the Buchanan United Methodist Church with Rev. Tavye Morgan and Rev. Carol Scroggs officiating. Music will be rendered by Bob Breummer accompanied by Dora Gable. Interment will follow in the Buchanan Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Larry Hutcheson, Bill Rapp, Gerald Willis, Jack Sims, Ward Mabry, Joe Marcus, Donald Hamil and Clay Hamil. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
