Mr. William Delbert McClure, age 77, of 111 Tallapoosa St., Buchanan passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2007. Mr. McClure was born in Haralson County on March 8, 1930. He was the son of the late Elbert McClure and the late Nora Cheatwood McClure. Mr. McClure was veteran of the United States Army and was a retired tile setter. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Jim McClure; one daughter, Starla McClure; two sisters, Darlene McClure and Geraldine McClure; two brothers, Harley Ray McClure and Eugene S. McClure. Survivors include his wife, Agnes Bennett McClure of Buchanan, two daughters and one son-in-law, Gail McClure of Cedartown and Denise and Robert Worthy of Bremen; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Brett McClure of Buchanan and Bart and Jeannie McClure of Temple; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 5, 2007 at 4:00 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Elder Steve Kimball and Elder Johnny Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Brannon-Perryman Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Tony Pope, Curtis Pope, Barry McClure, Randy McClure and Scott McClure. Serving as an honorary pallbearer will be Glafus Bowling. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
