Mr. William Lamar Davis, age 74, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015.  He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on March 17, 1940.  He was the son of the late W.A. Davis and the late Alice Camp Davis.  Mr. Davis was retired from the United States Army.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Cheatwood Davis.

Survivors include two sons, Philip Davis of Grant, AL, and Michael Davis of Huntsville, AL; four grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Graveside services will be conducted Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Tallapoosa East Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Gerald Sailors officiating.
