Mr. Willard Leroy Smith, age 75, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2020, in a local hospital.  Willard was born on September, 26, 1944, in Deposit, NY, to the late Tilbert and Ada Banks Smith.  He was an electrician by trade.

Mr. Smith is survived by two sisters, Arlene Ferguson and Esther Lassiter; one brother, Douglas Smith; and several friends.

Interment for Mr. Willard Smith was conducted Monday, July 27, 2020, at Buchanan City Cemetery.
