Mr. Wayne Harold "Wormey" Richardson, age 54, of Buchanan passed away Thursday, February 12, 2015.  Mr. Richardson was born in Atlanta, Georgia on April 18, 1960.  He was the son of the late Robert Rhodes Richardson and the late Flossie Olene Winfrey Richardson.  Mr. Richardson was a truck driver for Big Foot Trucking.

Survivors include his wife, Sallie Ann Davis Richardson of Buchanan; three daughters and one son-in-law, Yvonne Cavner of Minnesota, Jacqueline Wright and Jason Church of Ft. Eustis, VA and Kimberly Richardson of Buchanan; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Donald and Megan Richardson of Webb City, MO, Mark Richardson of Rome and Paul Davis of Buchanan; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Gloria and Ed Carter of Forest Park and Shirley Griffin and Larry Kolsrud of Newnan; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Tara Fulcher of Jefferson, Bob and Crystal Fulcher and Randy and Tammy Richardson all of Canton; sixteen grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Bishop Evett Guyton officiating.  Interment will follow in Edwards Cemetery in Buchanan with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: David Powell, Randy Henderson, Donald Richardson, Mark Richardson, Jason Church, and Jerry Fulcher.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that those desiring to do so make a contribution to assist with funeral expenses.
