Mrs. Wanda Caroll Burkhalter Batchelor, age 63, of Bowdon passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Mrs. Batchelor was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on February 17, 1954.  She was the daughter of the late Bernard Burkhalter and the late Willie Gertrude Thompson Burkhalter.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Lee Batchelor.

Survivors include two sons, Danny Singleton of Temple and Jody Singleton of Villa Rica; one sister, Tura Ann Callahan of Carrollton; one brother Wesley Pruitt of Jackson; four grandchildren, Brandon Thomas Singleton, Autumn Singleton, Sky Singleton and Willow Singleton; and a number of other relatives.

The family will conduct a memorial service Sunday, March 19, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. from Arbor Heights Bible Church, 3506 Reynolds Rd., Douglasville, GA  30135.

Cremation services are being provided by Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan.
