Virginia Lea Murdock, age 55, of Villa Rica, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. She was born on March 9, 1966 in Palm Beach, FL to the late James Overton Murdock and the late Frances Taite Jones.

Survivors include one son, Austin Zilka of Georgia; life long friend, Ron Zilka; one sister, Kaylea Bakker of Napa, CA; three brothers, John Overton Taite Murdock of Hickory, NC, James Oliver Murdock, III of Burlingame, CA and Andrew Murdock of Santa Monica, CA; niece and nephew, John OT Murdock and Shannon Murdock and several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel at 6:00 PM. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Tuesday from 4:00 PM until the service hour.

In keeping with Virginia's wishes she will be cremated following the service.
