Miss Vickie Lynn Munroe, age 59, of Bremen passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017.  Miss Munroe was born in Douglasville, Georgia, on January 10, 1958.  She was the daughter of the late Sidney R. Munroe and the late Mildred Earline Bishop Munroe.

Miss Munroe was the long time counselor at Buchanan Primary School.  She was a graduate of Haralson County High School and held Bachelors, Masters and Education Specialist Degrees.

Survivors include one sister and brother-in-law, LaNay and Jimmy Edgeworth of Covington; one brother and sister-in-law, Alan and Ginger Munroe of Buchanan; one niece, Shannon Edgeworth of Athens; three nephews, Brian (Jamie) Kesler of Jefferson, Wayne (Tammy Parris) Edgeworth of Oxford, AL, and Larry (Meschelle) Edgeworth of Waterford, MI; one great niece, Emma Kelser; two great nephews, Morgan Kesler and Ian Kesler; and a number of other relatives.

The celebration of life will be conducted Sunday, June 4, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. from Muse Farm Event Center, Bremen with Brian Kesler, Cindi Ford, Danny Hutcheson and Rev. Ricky Shirley officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Lynn's memory be made to: Buchanan Primary School, 271 Van Wert Street, Buchanan, Georgia  30113.
