Mr. Tommy Lee Posey, age 60, of 629 Cantrell Drive, of Bremen passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2009. Mr. Posey was born in Haralson County on September 8, 1948. He was the son of the late William Harrison Posey and the late Gertrude Harrison Posey. Survivors include his wife, Peggy White Posey of Bremen; one daughter and son-in-law, Talisia and Andy Teal of Bremen; one son and daughter-in-law, Tyler and Stephanie Posey of Buchanan; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Darlene and Curtis McAdams of Bremen and Jewell Bush of Bremen; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Wayne and Charlotte Posey of Whitesburg and Roy Posey of Smyrna; two grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be conducted Friday, August 14, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. from Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Richard Brannon and Rev. Valentin Mbong officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
