Mr. Tommy Van Maxwell, age 59, of Carrollton passed away Monday, February 19, 2018.  Mr. Maxwell was born in Carrollton, Georgia, on September 11, 1958.  He was the son of the late Sammy Gene Maxwell and the late Addie Iva Driver Maxwell.  Mr. Maxwell was a veteran of the United States Air Force and worked in HVAC construction for Addison Smith Mechanical Contractors of Carrollton.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Levi Edge of Bremen; one son, Andrew and Rachael Maxwell of Carrollton; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Donna Kay and Jerry Robinson, and Brenda Maxwell all of Carrollton; two grandchildren, Isabella Edge and Rushton Edge; and a number of other relatives.

The family will conduct a memorial gathering Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at the WPA Center, 509 North Cliff Street, Carrollton, Georgia.
