Ms. Tina Paulette Nelson Kelly, age 51, of Carrollton passed away Monday, October 20, 2014.  Ms. Kelly was born in Marietta, Georgia on April 13, 1963.

Survivors include two sons, Joseph Kelly and Justin Kelly both of Panama City, FL; mother, Julie Carver of Marietta; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
