Mr. Timothy Shane Phillips, age 27, of passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2016.  Mr. Phillips was born in Carrollton, Georgia on July 10, 1988.  He was the son of the late Timothy Marion Phillips and the late Virginia Sue Carroll of Martin.

Survivors include one daughter, Jasmine Marie Phillips of Carrollton; one sister, Sunshine Phillips of Buchanan; three brothers, Brandon Phillips, Leonard Higdon and Jesse Higdon all of Carrollton; and a number of other relatives.

Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 5:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel.  Private interment was in Buchanan City Cemetery on Thursday, June 30, 2016.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday afternoon from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M.
