Mr. Timothy Marion Phillips, age 52, of 25 Yvonne Dr., Carrollton passed away Sunday, September 7, 2008. Mr. Phillips was born in Escambia County, Alabama on April 16, 1956. He was the son of the late Nalcus Marion Phillips, Jr. and the late Vivian Orrie Merchant Phillips. Mr. Phillips was a carpenter. Survivors include two daughters, Evelyn Higdon of Bremen and Sunshine Phillips of Bremen; two sons, Timothy Shane Phillips of Carrollton and Brandon Eugene Phillips of Carrollton; five sisters and four brothers-in-law, Patsy Ann and Eric Dumont of Biloxi, MS, Priscilla Lane Lynn of Griffin, Phyllis Teria and Ralph Mickey of Carrollton, Tammy Anner and David Bryant of Ephesus and June and David Lance of Carrollton; one brother Kenneth Orrie Phillips of Carrollton; six grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Rev. Victor Benefield officiating. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
