Timothy Michael Martin, 65 of Carrollton, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving wife and children on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the City of Hope in Newnan after a courageous battle with cancer. Tim was born October 29, 1958, in The Bronx, New York.

Tim will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 35 years, Tammy Martin; his children, Troy and Jessica Martin of Matawan, NJ, Eric and Marissa Rogers of Bowdon, and Lydia and Ryan Roof of Roopville; his grandchildren, James Martin, Blakleigh Rogers, Alexander Rogers, Oaklee Roof, River Roof, Willow Roof, and Eden Roof; and his siblings Susan Kane of Florida and Scott Martin of Carrollton.  Tim is preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Margaret Martin, and a brother, Roy Martin.

Tim retired in 2018 from AT&T after 41 years of dedication as an outside plant technician.  Tim was a devoted husband, father, and friend to everyone he met. He often could be found on Antioch Church Road making his rounds to visit his family and friends daily.  He will be dearly missed.

Tim's family invites all friends and family to come celebrate his life with them on Saturday, February 3, 2024, from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST at 2259 Melear Road, Bowdon, GA 30108.

Cremation services are entrusted to Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan.
