Ms. Tidy Lynn Shumake Kay, age 51, of Buchanan passed away Monday, March 24, 2014.  Ms. Kay was born in Bremen, Georgia on December 10, 1962.  She was the daughter of the late Fred Shumake and the late Jeanette Lee Shumake.  Ms. Kay was a homemaker.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Brandy Kay of Buchanan; one sister and brother-in-law, Delane and Larry Waits of Rockmart; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Randal and LaDonna Shumake of Buchanan and John Wylie Shumake of Buchanan; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. from the Graveside at Centre Baptist Church Cemetery in Felton with Danny Hutcheson officiating.  Interment will follow in the Centre Baptist Church Cemetery.
