Mr. Terry Wayne Haygood, age 57, of Calhoun passed away July 3, 2011. Mr. Haygood was born in Cartersville on December 3, 1953. He was the son of the late Henry Haygood and Geneva Bridges Whitener. Mr. Haygood was a veteran of the United States Armed Forces. Survivors include his mother, Geneva Bridges Whitener of Calhoun; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Barbara and Jimmy Ballew of Tallapoosa and Lynn Pless of Calhoun; three brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Judy Haygood of Taylorsville, Timmy and Mary Ann Haygood of Cartersville and Larry and Tammy Haygood of Taylorlsville; and a number of other relatives. Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
