Teresa Ann Howard Williams, age 73 of Carrollton, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. She was born on August 15, 1948 to the late Raymond Jennings Howard and the late Lillie Mae Winkles Howard. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by two sisters, Raenell Hulsey and Linda Collier and one brother, William 'Billy" Howard.

Survivors include her husband, Vernon Weems Williams of Carrollton; three daughters and sons-in-law, Pamela and Chad Shuemake of Buchanan, Tina and Vann Blankenship of Bremen and Rebecca and Mitch Marlow of Tallapoosa; four sons and daughter-in-law, Eddie Heard, Tracy Williams of North Carolina, James Williams of North Carolina and Mark and J'Lene Williams of Villa Rica; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.

In keeping with Teresa's wishes she will be cremated.

The family will host a private memorial service. Flowers may be sent to the home of Pamela at 174 Fulmer Rd. Buchanan, GA 30113.
