Mrs. Teresa "Dianne" Brumit, age 63 of Temple, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2019. She was born on August 21, 1955 to the late Fred Eugene Brumit and the late Pearlie Mae Wiggins Brumit. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by one brother, Timothy Jerome Brumit.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Mistee (Michael) Lambert of Tallapoosa and Chandra (Paul) Rountree of Cedartown; three step-daughters, Amber Locklear, Kimberli Locklear and Ashley Locklear; companion, Donald Locklear of Temple; two brothers, Ronald Brumit of Temple and Kris Brumit of Rome; six grandchildren and their spouses, Bryan (Mary) Lambert, Serena (Bobby) Fortenberry, Karissa Lambert (Michael Thrower), Derek Rountree, Abbigail Rountree and Patience Rountree; nine step grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and five step great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 7:00 PM from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Reverend Matthew Rivers officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until the funeral hour.

In keeping with Mrs. Brumit's wishes she will be cremated after the service.
