Mrs. Sylvia Jean Adams Eassey, age 71, of 675 Ten Oaks Rd., Buchanan passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010. Mrs. Eassey was born in Fayette County on January 30, 1939. She was the daughter of the late Corliss Adams and the late Mamie Holt Adams. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Faye Reeves and one brother, Corky Adams. Survivors include her husband Robert Eassey; two daughters, Jennifer Mansour and Suzanne Eassey both of Buchanan; one son, Robert Ellis Eassey Jr. of Mableton; two brothers, Kenneth Adams and Scott Adams; Nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be conducted Sunday, April 18, 2010, 3 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel, with visitation from 1 until 3. The body was cremated. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
