Mrs. Suzanne Peace Blackburn, age 45, of 5622 Edith St., Austell passed away Thursday, January 23, 2009. Mrs. Blackburn was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Ronald Blackburn of Buchanan; one daughter Suzanne Carnes of Mableton; one son, Cody Newsome of Whitesburg; one step-daughter, Ashlyne Blackburn of Douglasville; one step-son, Hunter Blackburn of Dallas; one sister, Anita McDaniel of Kennesaw; two brothers, David Peace of Oklahoma and Phillip Joseph Peace of Bremen; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. from Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel with Minister Clay Henry officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 P.M. The body was cremated. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
