Mr. Stephen Roy McElhannon, age 44, of 4074 Tyus-Carrollton Rd., Carrollton passed away Saturday, April 26, 2008. Survivors include one daughter, Betsy McElhannon of Felton; two sons, Stephen Jesse McElhannon of Tallapoosa and Jasper Roy McElhannon of Felton; mother, Myra Brown McElhannon of Carrollton; and a number of other relatives. The body was cremated. Memorial services are private. Hutcheson''s Memorial Chapel of Buchanan is in charge of the arrangements.
