Mr. S.M. Smith, age 62, of Bremen passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019. He was born in Port Huron, Michigan on Monday, November 26, 1956. Mr. Smith is preceded in death by his mother, Carol (Mosure) Smith and by his sister-in-law, Carmela Smith.

Mr. Smith was a graduate of Hobart Institute of Welding Technology in Ohio and made career as a Welder. He worked in various locations including Federal Government buildings in Washington D.C.

Survivors include his father, Gerald R. Smith of Port Huron, Michigan; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Shawn and Lee Smith of Port Huron, Michigan and Stewart Smith of Fort Gratiot, Michigan; his sister and brother-in-law, Ceci and Robert Gallagher of Tucker, Georgia and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Mr. Smith's wishes, he will be cremated.
