Mrs. Shirley Ann Ward Easterwood, age 69, of Buchanan passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017.  Mrs. Easterwood was born in Tampa, Florida, on June 2, 1948.  She was the daughter of the late Vernon Ward and the late Josephine Guerro Ward.  Mrs. Easterwood was a homemaker.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Myles Easterwood; one brother, Danny Ward.

Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Laina and Robert Milam of Buchanan, and Connie Cruz of Tallapoosa; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Myles and Jerri Easterwood of Pell City, AL, and Jack Easterwood of Wedowee, AL; one sister, Betty Mitchell of Homossa, FL; four brothers and three sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Kathy Ward of Homossa, FL, Joey Ward, Woody and Orchid Ward, and Frances Ward all of Tampa, FL; fourteen grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 5:00 P.M. from Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ronald Carroll officiating.  Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Bremen with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Josh Easterwood, Brian Easterwoood, Steven Easterwood, Clay Milam, Robert Ridge and Larry Cook.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday afternoon from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M.
