Shirley Mae Nichols Carroll, age 70 of Carrollton, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020. She was born on May 30, 1950 to the late Lloyde Dempsey Nichols and the late Dolly Mae Queen Nichols. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by a sister, Rachel Nichols.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Blake and Rujon Stryker of Lithia Springs; four sisters, Barbara Caldwell, Dot Nichols, Trisha Nichols and Bernice Nichols; one brother, Rex Nichols; three grandchildren, Layla Munoz, Drake Munoz, Elijah Munoz and several other relatives and friends.

In keeping with the family's wishes she was cremated.

Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan has charge of the cremation arrangements.
