Mrs. Sheila Maureen Cudmore Foy, age 78, of Carrolton passed away Saturday, October 7, 2017.  Mrs. Foy was born in Suffolk, England, on September 7, 1939.  She was the daughter of the late Tom and Irene Dorothy Cudmore.  Mrs. Foy was a retired accountant.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Foy and one brother, Peter Riley.

Survivors include four sons, David William (Teresa) Conklin, Hugh William (Lisa) Conklin, Christopher James (Pamela) Conklin, and John Randolph Conklin (Tammy Coley); two sisters, Janette Lovasco and Marion Riley; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a number of other relatives.

Private memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
